About this tender
The Ajuntament d'Esparreguera is procuring a service for the collection, removal, loading, transport and final management of waste and materials illegally abandoned on land and spaces owned by the municipality. The contract is a services contract under CPV 90500000-2 (Refuse and waste related services), executed at NUTS ES511 (Esparreguera). The scope covers the full chain of handling for illegally dumped waste on municipal land, from collection and removal through loading, transport and final treatment or disposal. The contract is procured as a single lot because the buyer states that splitting it would hinder technical implementation and coordination, citing Art. 99.3.b) LCSP. The contract runs for 2 years, with an optional 1-year extension. Execution may not begin before 1 January 2027. Modifications of up to 20% of the initial price are permitted if expressly provided for in the specifications, under Art. 204 LCSP. Unit pricing applies and no price revision is foreseen. Contract conditions of execution require the contractor to avoid sexist language and imagery in communications, reports and signage; to ensure staff hold adequate occupational risk prevention training and training in safe waste handling; and to commit to work-life balance measures for the team, such as teleworking or scheduling aligned with school hours.
