Ambition North Wales (the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee) is seeking a delivery partner to establish and operate a regional collective purchasing scheme for domestic low-carbon technologies under Project HARP (Home Adoption of Renewables Programme). The scheme will enable homeowners, eligible residents, SMEs, and local community centres to purchase high-quality low-carbon technology installations at competitive prices through a supported group-purchasing model.
