Documents the buyer may request at its discretion: turnover statements (global and for the services concerned) for the last three financial years; bank references or professional risk insurance evidence; average annual headcount and supervisory staff for each of the last three years; a list of main services performed in the last three years with amounts, dates and public or private recipients, supported by client certificates; qualifications and professional titles of the company's managers, particularly those responsible for design or works supervision of similar scope; description of technical equipment, quality-assurance measures and study/research resources. Forms to be provided: DC1 (application letter, including co-contractor mandate), DC2 (individual candidate declaration), ATTRI1 (acte d'engagement) and DC4 (subcontracting declaration). Candidates relying on other operators' capacities must provide the same documents for those operators and proof that the resources will be available for the whole contract duration. Documents not in French require a certified translation. The awardee must, before signature and notification (form NOTI1), provide the tax and social compliance evidence required under articles D.8222-5, D.8222-7 and D.8222-8 of the Labour
