About this tender
The iCentral - Central de Compres de la Diputació de Girona is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (SDA) for technical assistance services in sustainability and energy transition. The SDA is for the Diputació de Girona, its dependent bodies, and bodies adhered to iCentral. Its purpose is to select companies with sufficient technical and material capacity to take part in later tenders for specific contracts under the system, each covering technical assistance services in sustainability and energy transition. The contract is classified as services, is harmonised, is not financed by EU funds, and has no price revision. The CPV codes are 71356200-0 (Technical assistance services) as the main code and 71300000-1 (Engineering services) as a secondary code. The place of execution is ES512 (Girona). The contract is not divided into lots, and the notice justifies this under Art. 99.3.b) of the Spanish public procurement law, citing the need to coordinate the various services. Variants are not admitted, and no provisional or definitive guarantees apply. The system runs for 4 years, with a provision for two further years, renewable year by year. Modifications are not foreseen. A special environmental execution condition applies: the provider must achieve zero CO2-equivalent emissions in performing the contract. Any emissions must be calculated, declared, and economically offset through certificates from a registered greenhouse gas credit trading entity, using accepted credit standards (including the Generalitat de Catalunya voluntary offset programme, VCU and VER-GS). The estimated value of the contract is EUR 2,325,000.00. The minimum number of candidates is 5. The notice was published on 13/10/2026 under file reference 2026/5554, and the procedure is restricted with a dynamic purchasing system. Note that the closing date in the source metadata (2030-10-13) matches the participation deadline stated on the page, although it is about four years after publication.
