Delivery of electricity to facilities of the Catholic University of John Paul II (KUL) in Lublin, Kazimierz Dolny, and Stalowa Wola. The detailed scope of work is specified in Attachment No. 1 to the tender specification (SWZ) and the energy consumption points table in Attachment No. 1.1 to the SWZ. The contractor is obligated to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the contract template forming Attachment No. 9 to the SWZ. The contracting authority intends to apply the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Act (Pzp).
