Das Gebäude AB an der Albrechtstraße 30 in Osnabrück wurde in den Jahren 1962-1964 errichtet und ist Bestandteil des Gebäudekomplexes AA bis AD. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Nutzfläche von ca. 5.287 m2. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI für die umfassende Erneuerung, Modernisierung und energetischen Optimierung der Bestandsanlagen unter weitgehender Aufrechterhaltung des laufenden Hochschulbetriebs bei einer abschnittsweisen Umsetzung.
