L'appel d'offres porte sur les prestations d'ingénierie civile (génie civil) pour la conception et la réalisation de l'ensemble du projet « Déversoir de crue de Heubach, y compris les infrastructures », de la phase partielle SIA 31 (avant-projet) à la phase partielle SIA 53 (mise en service, clôture). Le marché comprend les domaines de prestations suivants : direction générale du projet, conception technique et direction des travaux (générale et technique). Le projet global se compose de cinq sous-projets étroitement liés tant sur le plan géographique que sur le plan des délais.
