Original: L’objecte del contracte és la contractació mixta de subministrament i obra per a la instal·lació d’un grup electrogen fix a l’EIAR de Sant Esteve de Llémena. Aquesta EIAR concentra tota l’aigua residual que es genera al nucli de Sant Esteve de Llémena abans de ser impulsada a l’Estació Depuradora, situada aproximadament a 500 m de distància. Qualsevol tall elèctric a la zona afecta a l’EIAR i es pot sobreeixir aigua residual sense tractar a la Riera del Llémena, i més tenint en compte que el temps de resposta a l’hora de connectar-hi un grup electrogen portàtil supera l’hora i mitja. Així doncs, l’actuació es justifica com a protecció del medi receptor en moments de fallada elèctrica general.
