About this tender
The Communauté de Communes Cœur du Var (CCCV, Var, 83) is procuring the supply and delivery of food products for the afternoon snacks (goûters) of children attending its Accueils de Loisirs Sans Hébergement (ALSH, non-residential childcare and leisure centres). The procedure is an open adapted procedure (procédure adaptée ouverte) for a framework agreement (accord-cadre) with a single awardee per lot, executed through purchase orders without minimum quantities. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 'Épicerie' (grocery products, CPV 15800000), Lot 2 'Épicerie Bio' (organic grocery products, CPV 15800000) and Lot 3 'Fruits frais Bio' (organic fresh fruit, CPV 03220000). Deliveries must be made to two ALSH sites: the ALSH 'Les Sigues' at the Base des Loisirs in Gonfaron (83590) and the ALSH 'Côté Sud' at the Marie-Claude Vaillant-Couturier elementary school in Carnoules (83660). The framework agreement runs for an initial 12 months from notification and may be tacitly renewed three times, for a maximum total duration of 48 months. Maximum amounts excluding VAT over the full term are €80,000 for Lot 1, €30,000 for Lot 2 and €40,000 for Lot 3, for a combined ceiling of €150,000 HT. Offers remain valid for 90 days from the submission deadline. Bidder eligibility
Candidates must demonstrate suitability to pursue the professional activity, economic and financial capacity, and technical and professional capacity, in line with articles R.2143 and R.2144 of the Code de la commande publique (CCP). Economic and financial capacity: bidders using the DUME must file a DUME form containing a sworn declaration that they are not excluded from tendering and the global turnover for the services covered by the contract over the last three available financial years. Bidders not using the DUME must file a DC1 (sworn declaration) and a DC2 (turnover declaration covering global turnover and turnover for the subject services over the last three financial years). No minimum turnover threshold is stated in the notice. Technical and professional capacity (required in all cases): a statement of average annual headcount and supervisory staffing for each of the last three years; a statement of technical resources; and a list of the main supplies delivered over the last three years, indicating amount, date and recipient (public or private).
