Hyvinkään kaupungin Tekniikan ja ympäristön toimialan Tekninen keskus pyytää tarjoustanne Metsänhoito- ja hakkuutyöt 2027-2029 (2029-2031) tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta suoritetaan avoimella menettelyllä ja kyseessä on EU- kynnysarvon ylittävä palveluhankinta. Hankinnasta muodostetaan puitejärjestely. Sopimuskausi alkaa aikaisintaan 1.5.2027 ja jatkuu 30.4.2029 saakka. Sopimus sisältää mahdollisuuden ottaa käyttöön sopimuksen optio (1+1) vuotta. Option käyttöönotto vaatii erillisen viranhaltijapäätöksen. Hankinta on jaettu kymmeneen (10) eri osa-alueeseen: 1. Osa-alue / Taajamametsien hakkuukonetyö ja maastokuljetus metsätraktorilla 2. Osa-alue / Taajamametsien ja Sveitsinpuiston puutavaran kuljetus katuverkolla 3. Osa-alue / Taajamametsien hakkuut ja hoitotyöt metsurityönä 4. Osa-alue / Sveitsinpuiston luonnonsuojelualueen hakkuu- ja hoitotyöt 5. Osa-alue / Yksittäisten puiden hoito- ja kaatotyöt puistoissa 6. Osa-alue / Metsän maanmuokkaus 7. Osa-alue / Metsän istutus 8. Osa-alue / Nuoren metsän hoito ja raivaussahatyöt 9. Osa-alue / Puuston poisto ja harvennustyö saha/giljotiiniautolla 10. Osa-alue / Puuston harvennus ja ajo sekä energiakohteet pienmetsäkoneella Puitesopimustoimittajiksi valitaan jokaiseen osa-alueeseen kolme (3) kappaletta palveluntuottajia. Toimittajia voidaan valita myös vähemmän kuin kolme (3) kappaletta, jos tarjoajia on osa-alueella vähemmän kuin kolme (3) kappaletta. Hankinnan ennakoitu kalenterivuosittainen kokonaisarvo on n. 500.000 euroa (sis. alv 0 %). Kyseessä on arvio, joka ei sido Hyvinkään kaupunkia.
