Bidder eligibility

Suppliers must be admitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) established under procedure 099/2021/014 (previous notice 7637-2021). Bidders must meet qualification requirements set out in the underlying DNS zadávací dokumentace under Czech Act No. 134/2016 Sb. on public procurement.
