About this tender

The Société Publique Locale Paris & Métropole aménagement is procuring a framework agreement (accord-cadre) for an environmental facilitator mission on the ZAC Saint-Vincent-de-Paul in Paris 14th arrondissement. The site is at 82 Avenue Denfert-Rochereau, 75014 Paris. The mission covers defining an environmental facilitation strategy, then monitoring, implementing and evaluating it. Its purpose is to support users and facility managers in adopting the environmental systems built into the development operation. The framework is concluded for a firm period of six years (72 months) from notification to the contractor. It is subject to extension if the ZAC concession agreement, which expires on 31 December 2029, is prolonged. The buyer justifies the duration by the need for continuous support to the contracting authority across the full development timeline, which runs to 2032 as lots are delivered. The consultation is a procédure adaptée (adapted procedure). Variants are refused. Prices are in euros.
