About this tender
Fraport AG, the operator of Frankfurt Airport, is procuring groundwater, soil and wastewater analytics, including sampling, within the airport area under restricted procedure with a prior participation competition (Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb, Directive 2014/25/EU / SektVO). This notice covers Los 3 (reference DU-2026-0025-EU_Los_3). Los 3 is to be carried out on the contractor's own responsibility and includes sampling. Analyses vary by sample, particularly for groundwater, and involve differing numbers of test parameters. The estimated volume is about 30,000 groundwater analyses per year and about 7,000 wastewater analyses per year (precipitation and process wastewater). The contractor must also comply with authority orders, airport-specific conditions and the Fraport specifications in the tender documents. The contract period is planned from 01.04.2027 to 31.03.2031, with an optional extension of up to 2 x 2 years (to 31.03.2033 or 31.03.2035). The procedure is multi-phase: suitable applicants are invited to negotiation rounds, with less economical offers progressively eliminated. The buyer reserves the right to award on the basis of the first binding offers without negotiation. Invoices are to be submitted electronically, and payment is due within 30 days without deduction. Tender documents are available free of charge on xvergabe.de.
