Hankinnan kohteena on Leijona-korttelin perusparannuksen kustannuslaskentapalvelu, joka toteutetaan arviolta vuosien 2026 - 2031 aikana. Kustannuslaskennan tehtäviin kuuluvat hankkeen suunnittelun ja rakentamisen aikana tarvittavien laskelmien laatiminen tavoitekustannuksista ja urakkahintaennusteista erittelyineen.
