Mandat de prestations d’études et de projets pour les ouvrages de protection et d’aménagement hydraulique de la rivière Melezza, sur le tronçon compris entre Golino et la confluence avec la rivière Maggia, sur le territoire des communes de Centovalli, Terre di Pedemonte et Losone. Le projet vise la protection contre les crues et la réduction des phénomènes d’érosion, la stabilisation du lit et des ouvrages existants, ainsi que la valorisation écologique et morphologique du cours d’eau. Des interventions visant le rétablissement de la dynamique fluviale sont également prévues, notamment la réactivation de bras secondaires. Le mandat comprend les prestations de projet selon le règlement SIA 103:2020, articulées selon les phases suivantes : phase 32 – projet de l’ouvrage ; phase 33 – procédure de demande d’autorisation / dossier de mise à l’enquête ; phase 41 – appel d’offres, comparaison des offres et proposition d’adjudication ; phase 51 – projet d’exécution ; phase 52 – exécution de l’ouvrage ; phase 53 – mise en service et achèvement. Il est en outre prévu la reprise de l’avant-projet (phase 31), avec les activités de mise à jour nécessaires sur la base des nouveaux relevés disponibles
