The contract runs for one year from the day after formalisation. The buyer may extend it once, for one additional year, by decision of the contracting body.

Bidder eligibility

Economic and financial standing: (1) annual business volume, measured on the best of the last three available financial years, of at least €59,352.12 (accredited by annual accounts); (2) professional civil liability insurance of at least €300,000 (accredited by policy or certificate). Technical and professional standing: experience in services of the same or similar nature executed in the last three years. Qualifying services are preventive and/or corrective maintenance of heating or air-conditioning thermal installations, or similar technical installations, with nominal thermal capacity above 350 kW. The minimum requirement is that the cumulative annual amount (excluding taxes) of such services in the highest-volume year of the last three is at least €20,773.24, equal to 70% of the average annual contract value. Accreditation is by certificates or declarations of good quality production.

How bids are scored

Award procedure: open, simplified, abbreviated procedure, ordinary processing. Price criterion (70 points total): - Most favourable economic offer on the price of services P1 and P2 (waste management and auxiliary actions): 40 points. - Percentage discount on the unit prices applicable to corrective maintenance P3: 30 points. Automatic non-price criteria (30 points total): - Reduction of response time and commissioning time of the installation: 30 points. Subjective judgement criteria: 0 points.
