About this tender

Strand Kommune is procuring a framework agreement (rammeavtale) for indoor climate, ventilation and technical energy systems in the municipality's buildings and installations, located in Rogaland, Norway. The framework covers service, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, replacement, minor reconstruction, design and documentation. It is intended to extend the municipality's previous ventilation agreement and give it a single point of contact for systems that are technically and functionally interconnected. In scope are ventilation plants and air handling, ventilation automation and integration with the municipality's building management system (SD), room regulation, VAV/CAV and DCV, geothermal (bergvarme) and energy well components, heat pumps (air- and water-based systems serving ventilation and space heating), refrigeration plants and components, and associated materials such as filters, belts, spare parts and refrigerants. Also included are commissioning, functional testing, energy assessment, troubleshooting and optimisation, and minor installation and rebuilding assignments, including PRO, SØK and UTF roles where ordered. The list is non-exhaustive, and call-offs must fall within the stated scope of the framework. The procedure is an open procedure under the Norwegian procurement regulations (Directive 2014/24/EU). The framework is a single lot with an estimated value of NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT, with a contract period of 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2030 (four years). The framework is awarded without reopening of competition, and the procurement is not financed by EU funds.

Bidder eligibility

No further financial standing thresholds, technical references or prior contract experience requirements are stated on the page.
