ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A. is procuring a design-and-build contract for the connection of a publicly accessible electric vehicle charging station to the electricity distribution network, located on plot 27/1, obr. 8 Domanin. The buyer requires that the work use only software, materials, products or equipment originating from EU Member States or from third countries that are parties to the WTO Government Procurement Agreement or other international agreements with the EU granting reciprocal market access, with origin determined under Article 60(1)-(2) of the Union Customs Code. The work must not include ICT products, services or processes flagged by the national cybersecurity recommendation or high-risk vendor decisions under the Polish Cybersecurity Act. The detailed specification is in the PFU (SWZ Annex 14), with further requirements in guidelines (Annex 17), standards (Annex 18) and draft contract terms (Annex 15). The contractor must also provide a warranty under the contract terms. Partial bids are not permitted.
