Startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, large companies and consortia are eligible. Projects must demonstrate significant capital deployment capacity and geographic presence in one or more of the eligible regions. The fund uses project finance and blended finance instruments to support developers scaling hydrogen infrastructure at commercial maturity.
