About this grant
DEMIBaC is a France 2030 call for projects run by ADEME under the 'Décarbonation de l'industrie' acceleration strategy. It supports innovation projects that bring low-carbon industrial technologies and solutions to market, covering the stages from industrial research through to demonstration in an operational environment. Its aim is to promote technological building blocks, demonstration actions, and industrial uptake of low-carbon production solutions. The call has two tracks. Volet 1 funds projects developing innovative technological building blocks and demonstration actions, usually led by consortia of academic and supply-side industrial partners. Volet 2 funds consortia made up of one or more decarbonisation solution providers together with one or more demand-side industrial companies willing to host the innovative solutions on their production sites. A single project may apply to both tracks. Project costs must exceed 1.5 M€. The call is open from 1 July 2025 to 9 March 2027 at 15:00 Paris time, with intermediate cut-off dates on 14 October 2025 at 15:00, 10 March 2026 at 15:00, and 13 October 2026 at 15:00. Applications are filed through the AGIR platform, which requires an account. Eligibility
Eligible applicants are innovative companies of all sizes, including micro-enterprises (TPE), SMEs (PME), intermediate-sized companies (ETI) and large enterprises (GE), as well as research organisations. Applicants declare a profile of either enterprise or research organisation. Projects must be led by or involve companies able to build a French innovative supply on national and global markets. Total project costs must be greater than 1.5 M€. Eligibility is open to all regions of France.
