The Commune de Hourtin (Gironde, 33) is procuring an assistance mission for the management of drinking water (eau potable) and wastewater (assainissement) public services. The mission supports the end-of-contract operations for the current délégations de service public (DSP) and helps the commune choose its future management mode. The place of performance is Place de l'Eglise, BP 26, 33990 Hourtin. The expected start date for services is 01/01/2027. The total duration and any renewal options are not stated on the notice and should be confirmed in the DCE. Guarantees, payment terms, and the legal form required for joint bids are all deferred to the DCE.
