Przedmiotem zamówienia w zakresie w tej części są roboty budowlane polegające na przebudowie torowiska tramwajowego w ciągu ul. Pomorskiej na odcinku od ul. Zamenhofa do Ronda Solidarności w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą towarzyszącą. Zakres prac obejmuje w szczególności modernizację torowiska dwutorowego, budowę i przebudowę peronów przystankowych, układu drogowego, sieci trakcyjnej oraz infrastruktury technicznej (elektroenergetycznej, odwodnienia i sieci podziemnych), a także usunięcie kolizji z istniejącym uzbrojeniem terenu. Zakres prac obejmuje również przebudowę podstacji transformatorowej przy ul. Czereśniowej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą.
