Municipality of Sibiu (Municipiul Sibiu) is procuring electric buses and related systems under the project 'Modernizarea sistemului de transport public de călători din Municipiul Sibiu' (SMIS code 350195). The supply covers 7 fully equipped 12 m electric urban buses and 10 fully equipped 18 m electric urban buses. The package also includes related infrastructure and systems: 8 slow-charging stations compatible with the supplied buses and with the operating infrastructure of TURSIB SA; 2 fast-charging stations of the inverted pantograph type, compatible with the buses and the operator's requirements; 6 digital passenger information displays; 6 ticket vending machines; and 2 related software applications. All items must conform to the specifications in the tender documentation. The estimated contract value is 72,671,044.00 RON excluding VAT. The total contract duration is at most 14 months. The contracting authority will issue the commencement order within 2 months of contract signature. The supplier must deliver all electric buses, fully equipped, within 10 months of the commencement order, following the delivery schedule annexed to the contract. Charging stations, ticket machines, passenger information displays and software must be delivered, installed and commissioned within 9 months of the commencement order. Acceptance of the products will take place within 2 months after the supplier delivers all products.
