L'accord cadre consiste en la réalisation des études et de travaux pour le compte du FDEE19 et de ses membres, dans le domaine de l'électrification, de l'éclairage public, des télécommunications électroniques. Ces travaux, prévus d'être réalisés sur l'ensemble du territoire de la Fédération, ont pour but de développer, renforcer, moderniser, entretenir et dissimuler les réseaux de distribution des différents domaines cités. Leur consistance intègre l'ensemble des sujétions nécessaires à leurs constructions, au raccordement des usagers, à la dépose de parties d'ouvrages, afin de permettre leur exploitation dans les meilleures conditions.
