About this tender
Dans le cadre du projet de Centre Pénitentiaire de Nîmes Sud, et plus particulièrement de son autorisation environnementale unique (prévoyant une dérogation espèce protégée), le pouvoir adjudicateur s’est engagé à mettre en œuvre des mesures d’évitement, de réduction et de compensation des impacts sur l’environnement. Le titulaire du marché de conception-réalisation a la responsabilité de la mise en œuvre de certains de ces engagements et doit par ailleurs respecter la charte chantiers faibles nuisances, exigée par l’APIJ. Ces deux volets doivent permettre la réalisation d’un projet pénitentiaire plus respectueux de l’environnement et des riverains. Le présent marché, qui couvre les tranches ferme et optionnelle du marché du concepteur-réalisateur, a pour objet un ensemble de prestations concourant à l’assistance technique du maître d’ouvrage pour le suivi des enjeux relatifs à l’environnement et au développement durable.
