The Consell Comarcal del Baix Empordà is procuring, through an open simplified procedure, the supply, transport and delivery of eight metal waste containers of different types and capacities, plus one 20 m³ cardboard self-compacting container, for its network of waste recycling centres (deixalleries). The contract is split into two lots. Lot 1 covers the Begur and Ullà recycling centres and comprises eight containers: two 35 m³ hook containers for Begur, and for Ullà four 25 m³ hook containers, one reinforced 20 m³ hook container and one 9 m³ chain container. Lot 2 covers the Albons recycling centre and comprises one self-compacting cardboard container. For Lot 1, maximum delivery is 12 weeks from the day after contract signature. For Lot 2, maximum delivery is 15 weeks from the day after signature. The stated contract durations are 3 months (Lot 1) and 3 months and 21 days (Lot 2). Price revision, extensions and modifications are not foreseen, and variants are not admitted. Contract execution conditions include recyclable materials, prevention of heavy metal contamination, carbon footprint reduction, sustainable packaging and transport, and preparation for reuse.

Economic and financial solvency (annual business volume, proven by annual accounts): Lot 1 minimum 66,532.50 EUR; Lot 2 minimum 38,647.50 EUR. Technical solvency (list of main supplies of the same nature in the last three years, proven by certificates or declarations of good quality production): Lot 1 minimum 31,048.50 EUR; Lot 2 minimum 18,035.50 EUR. No social reserve applies. No social or environmental technical prescriptions are listed as mandatory, but environmental special execution conditions apply to both lots.
