About this grant
ADEME supports studies and diagnostics that help assess the potential of a reuse, reutilisation and repair (RRR) sector on a territory, or of an activity for refurbishing and repairing objects or materials. The aid finances preliminary feasibility studies and territorial diagnostics that precede an investment in reuse, reutilisation and repair, excluding packaging. The aim is to increase the supply and demand of reused and repaired product flows, in line with the anti-waste and circular economy law that requires consumer information on repairability and reusability. The aid is open to all multi-sector structures involved in the second life of products, including local authorities and administrations, associations and companies. Applications are made through the Agir platform, which requires an account. The project types covered are diagnostics and feasibility studies, and assistance to project ownership (Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage). The aid rate can reach 80% of the cost of the study. The call is open for the 2026 calendar year, from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, and is listed as in progress. Eligible regions are Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Bretagne, Centre-Val de Loire, Grand Est, Hauts-de-France, Île-de-France, Normandie, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Occitanie and Pays de la Loire.

Open to collectivités and administrations, associations and companies (entreprises) involved in the circular economy, in the eleven listed metropolitan regions of France. The aid is described as open to all multi-sector structures involved in second-life of products. Packaging is excluded.
