EU-wide procurement publishes at enormous volume, and roughly 95 percent of it is irrelevant to sustainability work: cleaning contracts, office supplies, generic municipal services. Searching it raw means either drowning or building keyword filters that miss anything phrased unexpectedly, in any of two dozen languages.
